Our programs aim to:

• Encourage participants to reflect on their own cultural values
• Require participants to examine and challenge their perceptions of other cultures
• Provide training in specific skills to improve intercultural communication fluency and resolve workplace problems
• Provide input on specific cultures where appropriate
• Design, implement, and deliver community cultural development projects/programs.

We also now offer a new Cultural Detective intercultural training workshop for business, educational and corporate clients. It is an innovative and comprehensive workshop in working and understanding different cultures and our own cultural values and perspectives and its effectiveness in the workplace.
